Digitale "høringer" hvor kommuner, regioner eller staborgerne kan igangsætte debat om emner, hvor borgere kan stille forslag og kommentere på hinandens forslag. Formålet er at få bedre idéer og mere involvering i løsningerne

en vigtig innovationsdriver er at identificere de konkrete problemer, som har brug for innovative løsninger. Innovation i den offentlige sektor forudsætter blandt andet, at borgerne kommer med konkrete problemer og også gerne forslag til løsninger. Kommunerne eller regionerne kunne oprette borgerbørser, hvor borgerne, virksomhederne og kommunen kunne føre en dialog om,hvilke problemer der er, hvilke løsninger, der allerede findes, og hvor der er brug for udvikling afr helt nye løsninger.

Jeg vil blot supplere med konkrete eksempler på at dette allerede bruges: De Lokale Aktionsgrupper (LAG), borgerpaneler, Udvalgsmøder der holder i lokalområder og hvor borgerne inviteres til at møde frem med lokale ønsker, Samarbejdsaftaler med lokalråd, samt meget af det arbejde der er igangsat under Agenda 21 overskriften.
